EMC recently completed Portable Appliance Testing (PAT) at our office in Tredegar. Jason and his colleague attended our premises, at all times adhering to strict Covid-19 guidelines.

Jason took time to talk me through the process in a very friendly but professional manner and carried out the work efficiently.

Having agreed on a booking date, Jamie promptly arrived on time and with covid guidelines in place. He then quickly and efficiently worked his way through the long list of issues, diagnosing and fixing as he went. We had a lingering issue following a rewire with another company (who we did not wish to approach again). EMC were very understanding and managed to schedule me in despite being very busy.

Issue was identified and fixed in the same visit, with helpful and friendly explanation of how the issue occurred and how it would be fixed.
